Kappo Ando

Born from a long-held dream, Kappo Andō opened its doors in the winter of 2022. Located in Østerbro, Copenhagen, the restaurant is a collaboration between sake sommelier Henrik Ando Levinsen and chefs Akiko Ando Levinsen and Mads Battefeld Hansen (from Sushi Anaba).

The Heritage collection and the classic Christiansborg tap are featured in the restaurant's restroom, while the brass Christiansborg tap from the Elements series is centrally located on the countertop in the dining area and bar, instantly delivering both filtered and boiling water at the touch of a button.
